Chet is a Vice President, Small Business Administration (SBA) 7(a) and USDA Relationship Manager based in Virginia and lending nationally. He specializes in financing business acquisition/change of ownership transactions and owner-occupied real estate whether ground up construction or existing building purchases. With over three decades of commercial lending experience and as a former small business owner, he understands the challenges faced by business owners today and enjoys finding creative solutions to those challenges. Out of the office Chet is an avid motorcyclist, woodworker and recently wrote his first soon to be published children's book.
