Brent is Managing Partner of Exit Factor of Raleigh Durham. Exit Factor is here to support entrepreneurs in understanding how to value a business, how to form a business exit strategy, and how to increase the value of a business. Brent is a senior operations and transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience leading business initiatives, operational excellence programs, and large-scale transformations across manufacturing, distribution, and professional services. He specializes in helping organizations uncover hidden value, improve performance, and prepare for successful exits.
He is known for designing and executing Lean strategies that streamline operations, optimize value streams, and deliver measurable financial results. Brent has deep expertise in business planning, exit strategy development, and profit optimization, bringing a practical, results-driven approach to every engagement.
Throughout his career, Brent has partnered closely with C-suite leaders to lead enterprise-wide transformations and main street business owners in efforts that enhance efficiency, accelerate growth, and create lasting impact. He combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, aligning teams and stakeholders to move complex initiatives forward with clarity and focus.
Brent lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife, Kathy. He enjoys boating, outdoor cooking, traveling, and is a proud veteran.
