Ron grew up in Virginia, spending his formative years in Richmond and Fredericksburg. After majoring in Business at the University of Maryland he embarked on a career in computer consulting as a Business Analyst working both independently and for such sizable firms as RCA Service Company and General Electric Aerospace. As an independent, he has contracted to such well known names as State Farm Insurance and AOL, but has also done a significant amount of both business and automation consulting with many small businesses from distributers to retailers. He has served on the boards of both non-profit and for-profit corporations.
As a business intermediary of 15 years, Ron strives to bring together buyers and sellers in a win-win transaction. Helping owners to get fair value for their businesses and helping buyers avoid pit falls that can undermine their ability to succeed. While he has experience working with a broad range of businesses, he likes to focus on the trades. Specifically, HVAC company owners looking to sell and companies looking to grow through acquisition.
