Alec Bobroff is the Founder of Archstone Business Brokers and a seasoned M&A advisor with over 20 years of experience buying and selling companies as an independent sponsor, private equity partner, and strategic operator. His diverse background gives clients unique insight into how different buyer groups evaluate opportunities. Alec previously served as an Executive Partner at Salt Creek Private Equity and as President & CEO of TRAK Health, where he led multiple acquisitions and scaled portfolio companies, including Nutricity (INC5000, 2014–2015), which was successfully sold in 2017. He also grew Healthy Feet Store, doubling revenue and increasing profitability more than sixfold. Earlier, Alec held senior strategy and marketing roles at Bard Electrophysiology and Haemonetics, leading global initiatives, acquisitions, and product launches.
