Jim Battocchio, Founder and Principal Consultant at Optimized Manufacturing LLC, leverages over 30 years in manufacturing and consulting to provide Operational Due Diligence, and Post Integration services for both buyers and sellers of small and mid-size businesses.
His career encompasses leadership roles in production management, continuous improvement, quality management, and positions on several M&A teams in the appraisal, and operational due diligence phases. His sixteen years as an OPEX and safety consultant included five post-acquisition integration engagements focused on manufacturing cost and service related synergies.
Jim currently lives in Simpsonville, SC with his wife and in his spare time, he enjoys wood working, hiking, biking and golf.
