Abby Shemesh has a background in loan originations and loan acquisitions with a focus on Real Estate and Small Business debt. In 2006, Abby co-founded Amerinote Xchange in which he currently holds a role of Chief Acquisitions Officer. Amerinote Xchange is a highly specialized family office primarily focusing on mortgage and seller-financed business note acquisitions. With nearly two full decades of broad and extensive professional industry experience, Abby is widely recognized as a leading and influential thought leader in the seller note space and frequently contributes to numerous respected industry publications across the country. Abby is a co-founder and Head of Acquisitions at Seller Edge Capital which is a private debt fund that solely focuses on the acquisition of small business notes, nationwide. Seller Edge Capital can buys seller notes in an all cash option as well as a hybrid combination of cash and shares in our fund, turning a debt instrument with finite upside to an equity position with the potential of infinite upside. Abby currently leads Seller Edge’s sourcing strategy, acquisition process and overall seller engagement efforts.
