Taly Brinzey is the founder of Brinzey & O'Ryan Business Brokers, working in NC, SC, and FL.
There she guides entrepreneurs through the sale and acquisition of businesses with the same rigor she has applied to over $100M in real estate investment sales, acquisitions, and asset management across a 16-year career.
As CEO of Summit Properties International (SPI), which she founded in 2008 and built into a multi-entity firm, Taly has spent her career structuring deals, valuing assets, and guiding investors through complex transactions — expertise she now brings directly to business owners navigating a sale, acquisition, or exit.
She is working on her CBI designation and holds a Finance degree from ORT University, is a CFA Level II candidate, and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and North Carolina with CIPS, CRB, and SPS designations. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with working proficiency in French and Italian, she brings a cross-border perspective few brokers can match.
