Catbird brokerage provides commercial real estate and business brokerage services to independent small businesses. Our primary focus is: fitness, wellness, boutique retail, the great outdoors, and art/design. Not only do we provide these services, but we have a deep understanding and passion for business development. We look beyond the transaction and seek to support our clients on all parts of their journey. We appeal to business owners who are driven, creative, and forward thinking and want those qualities mirrored in the representation they seek. Although we’re a new company, we’ve been in the industry for 10+ years. So, we’re well versed in the local market, well connected, and really excited to show Charlotte that things can be done differently.
