Helen Lee Dellheim is the Managing Director, and she has her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. She has practiced law in both Maryland and New York and is admitted to both bars. Her prior experience re-developing mixed use properties in New York City gives her a keen eye toward identifying investment opportunities for her clients. She is a skilled negotiator and is currently helping commercial lenders, landlords, tenants as well as investors on strategic acquisitions and dispositions during the volatile market conditions caused by the pandemic.
