Please indicate that your comp data is coming from a member of the CVBBA. Or, let them know and they will enter your data if you will simply give them your files. If you have a lot of files not in the database, they will even send a person to your office to gather and input your data. This will help your association maintain access to this valuable database.”
Contribute to Pratt’s Stats® for FREE Access!
We invite CVBBA members dealing in the transfer of private businesses to get involved with the Pratt’s Stats® database product. Pratt’s Stats® is an online database that contains thousands of closed private company transactions. Based on a new arrangement between our organization and Pratt’s Stats®, CVBBA members will gain FREE access to the database in exchange for information on your closed business sales.
Plus, CVBBA members will receive a complimentary subscription to the Private Deal Update™ - a quarterly publication analyzing private company acquisitions from the Pratt’s Stats® database.
